Job Title : Customer Service Agent (Spa)
Hours : 37.5 per week
Rate of Pay : £11.70 per hour
Location : Head Office, Darlington
About the Role:
The Bannatyne Customer Service Centre is looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent (Spa) at Head Office. The successful candidate will join a team supporting the central administration and customer service function and receive ongoing training and support.
Requirements and Duties:
● Handling correspondence via email, telephone, live chat and any other medium as required by the business.
● An understanding of packages, treatments, policies and terms & conditions.
● Answering queries from guests, 3rd parties and our locations.
● Making and amending bookings on behalf of guests.
● Complaint handling from customers.
● Adherence to the relevant GDPR guidelines.
● A desire to provide exceptional customer service.
● Excellent communication skills. A strong customer focus and an excellent telephone manner.
● Good written communication skills.
● The ability to work well within a team.
● The ability to investigate queries/complaints, assess in accordance with guidelines.
