Job Title : Customer Service Agent Spa 

Type: 6 month fixed term 

Hours : Variable ranging from 15 hours to 37.5 hours

Rate of Pay : £11.70 ph

Location : Darlington

A typical day in the life of a Spa Customer Service Agent 

  • Handle any inquiries and complaints via email, telephone, live chat and any other mediums the business may use.

  • Investigate queries/complaints, in accordance with guidelines and in a timely manner.

  • Answering queries from guests, third parties and our club locations.

  • Address any client inquiries and provide information about spa services such as packages, treatments, policies, terms and conditions. 

  • Manage spa bookings on behalf of guests such as making and amending bookings. 

  • Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.

  • This is not an exhaustive list of duties, as additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the department and the business as the organisational needs evolve.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • Be self motivated and able to work independently.

  • The ability to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.

  • Have the ability to adjust to changing priorities and remain flexible in a dynamic environment

It would be desirable if you had previous experience in complaint handling, along with experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry. It would also be advantageous if you had knowledge of Bannatyne Group services and offerings.
