A typical day in the life of a Digital Marketing Assistant:
Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
Manage daily posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Help build and schedule email campaigns, including promotions, member updates, and retention programs.
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns for new club openings and seasonal promotions.
Support targeted digital advertising efforts (Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads etc.).
Track key marketing metrics such as engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
Produce weekly and monthly reports for the marketing team and club managers.
Provide insights and suggestions for optimization based on data trends. Assist with updating website content, landing pages, and SEO tasks.
Support data entry, audience segmentation, and workflow setup in CRM or marketing automation tools.
What we are looking for:
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate content.
Solid understanding of key social media platforms, their audiences, and best-practice posting strategies.
Basic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar creative software to support content creation.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials and reports.
It would be desirable if you had experience in building, scheduling, or analysing digital marketing campaigns. It would also be advantageous if you had familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) for updating or maintaining web pages and skills in video editing or creating multimedia content for digital platforms.
