Job Title : Food & Beverage Supervisor
Hours : 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay : £12.00 per hour

About the Role
A friendly and enthusiastic person is required to ensure the smooth flow of the food & beverage outlets. Reporting into the F&B Manager and working closely with the Asst F&B Manager and other supervisors, you will be required to assist with and ensure the smooth and efficient running of ALL F&B outlets. The management of back of house areas will also be required to ensure all areas are always clean and presentable. The role is based at Hotel Hastings.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Daily management of food and beverage service outlets whilst on duty, enforcing company policies such as uniform etc.
Setting up conference and event rooms to required standards to ensure that you have full product knowledge of all menu items and hotel facilities and services.
Maintaining brand standards and a high standard of service in the conference & banqueting department ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded.
Promoting sales and up-sell at all times for both food and beverage items.
Ensuring that all daily operations and cleaning tasks are carried out each day.
Carrying out other duties as may be required to ensure the hotel operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction.
