Job Title : Member Xperience Supervisor
Hours : 40 per week
Rate of Pay : £13.15 per hour

A typical day in the life of a Member Experience Supervisor:

● Support the delivery of membership KPIs, including retention and engagement targets

● Assist in managing lead generation, member tours, and conversion opportunities

● Help maintain accurate membership data and support reporting processes

● Act as a Duty Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day club operations

● Lead by example on the gym floor, delivering exceptional member service

● Support team members in delivering tours, engaging members, and promoting services

● Assist in organising member events such as New Member Evenings and Gym Challenges

● Engage with members to build relationships and enhance their club experience

● Support retention initiatives, including re-engagement of low-usage members

● Promote and upsell club services in line with business targets

● Handle member queries professionally across all communication channels

● Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed at all times

 

What we are looking for: 

● Previous experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role

● A passion for delivering excellent customer service

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to motivate and support a team

● Good organisational skills and attention to detail

● Confidence in promoting products and services

 

 Desirable:

● Experience within the health, fitness, or hospitality industry

● Knowledge of gym or spa environments
