About The Role
Applications are invited for a Chef de Partie to assist in managing the kitchen in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be able to consistently produce food to the standard specified, maintain kitchen hygiene, health and safety standards alongside all other legislative constraints and report any breaches to management immediately.
The successful candidate will also be required to monitor food, stock rotation, reduction of waste and ensure the preparation of meals reach restaurant standard on all occasions. Being fully prepared before each service and letting the senior chef know if there are any issues.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role with the ability to multitask and work efficiently, following instruction and recipes provided.
