About The Role
 

Applications are invited for a Assistant Spa Manager at a spa which is situated in one of our prestigious health clubs with its state of the art gym environment. Here at the spa we are dedicated to our members and strive to find people who are passionate about exemplary customer service. Bannatyne Spa offers a diverse spa menu in a vibrant health club environment including beauty and working with leading suppliers such as Elemis, Nouveau lashes, OPI, Lycon and Lava Shells.

The successful applicant must be hard-working, flexible, customer friendly  with strong retail experience and must be willing to demonstrate an appetite to learn new skills, whilst being able to cover the Spa when the Spa Manager is out of the business. Your performance is measured through objective KPI measures such as profit retail performance, profit conversion and mystery shopping. Rewards are given through discretionary monthly commission schemes on achievement of good results.


About the Candidate
 

The successful applicant must hold a NVQ level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent and must be dedicated to achieving business results through the management of people and KPI's. They will need to demonstrate competency in all aspects of the role when reporting to the Spa Manager. These will include assisting performance management of the team, income generation, achievement of profit expectations, implementation of promotions and processes, cost management and maintaining high standards within the Spa environment. In addition they will be expected to deliver treatments to an exceptional standard.
