About The Role

Bannatyne Health Club require a Sales Manager for their prestigious Health and Fitness club. This is a key role within the club and requires a highly motivated individual possessing excellent leadership skills and the ability to create effective promotional campaigns to increase membership levels.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, however not necessarily in the fitness industry. They will be required to market the club both internally and externally, and develop relationships within the local business and the residential community establishing Bannatyne as the market leader in the area. The role may include some duty management shifts and as part of our service requirement you will be expected to work shifts that will include evenings and weekends.

As a member of the management team you will be responsible for the well-being of staff and members, getting the most out of your team is essential for success, you will have to lead from the front, deliver results and motivate your team to follow.

About the Candidate
  • Proven background in sales
  •  Experience of working in retention is desirable
  • Team Leadership skills
  • Ensure the club team is trained inline with company expectation
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and meet KPIs
  • An good understanding and  an ability to run social media campaigns
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and Social Media Platforms will  be an advantage however full training will be given
  • Dynamic Interpersonal Skills
  • Effective Time Management skills
