About The Role
The rate of pay offered for this role is £12.24 per hour and the weekend rate £14.28 per hour.This role is 16 hours per week.

At our Spa, which is located within one of our prestigious Health Clubs, we are dedicated to our customers and strive to find people who are passionate about delivering exemplary customer service.
 
Our Spa/Beauty Therapists are responsible for the delivery of a wide range of both holistic and maintenance treatments. To ensure our clients have the best treatments, we use the most luxurious brands on the market such as; Elemis, Skin Geek , OPI, Natural Spa Factory, Nouveau, HD Brows, Ashmira, Lycon & Jessica. 
 
Hot Lava Shell Massage & Bamboo Deep Tissue Massage are our signature treatments at Bannatyne and we pride ourselves on ensuring you are trained to offer these exceptional treatments, along with our personalised training plan for each therapist developing your skill set.

As a member of our team you will naturally be someone who is passionate, friendly and approachable, providing first class treatments. Someone who works well in a large team, confident to offer a wide range of treatments never compromising on standards or quality in a fast paced environment due to our Spa’s popularity

About the Candidate
We offer an unrivalled experience to our members and clients and we seek therapists that have the same passion in delivering exceptional customer service. With that, we ask that you possess the qualities and skills below to join our team;
  • NVQ Beauty Level 2 essential & Level 3 desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer focused attitude
  • Great communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic with a ‘can do attitude’
  • Focus on maximising sales to achieve or exceed budget targets, promoting products whilst providing guests with  a full home care prescription
  • Enjoys working with an enthusiastic, positive team
  • Prior Elemis training is desirable but not essential
  • Previous Spa experience desirable
