A typical day in the life of a SPIN Instructor:

● Deliver structured, safe and motivating Spin classes

● Coach correct cycling technique, bike setup and exercise form

● Adapt exercises to suit varying fitness levels and abilities
● Provide clear progression and regression options

● Ensure safe use of studio equipment

● Maintain high energy and strong member engagement

● Create an inclusive and supportive class environment
● Build positive relationships with members

● Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met

 

What we are looking for:
● Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym-Based or Group Exercise)
● Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (CIMSPA or REPs recognised)
● Indoor/Studio Cycling Qualification (e.g. Level 2 Award in Studio Cycling)
● Valid Public Liability Insurance
● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
It would be desirable if you had Level 3 Award in Group Exercise Programmes. Candidates with proven experience delivering HIIT, bootcamp, functional fitness, or studio cycling classes will be highly regarded, particularly those who can demonstrate the ability to programme varied, progressive and engaging sessions that cater to a wide range of member abilities.
