About the Role
When it comes to delivering great service to members and guests, our Call Centre is at hand to assist with any booking or customer enquiries.
We are looking for people who can provide the following:-
Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times, either on the phone or via other communication channels
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to make bookings for Spa treatments/days/breaks
Up-selling of other areas of the business and ensuring the customer is provided with any promotional items
Being computer literate and being able to use the booking system to make appointments in any of the venues
Being accurate in taking any payment, bookings and providing relevant information to customers
Following all company Health and Safety guidelines
Working as part of a team and being able to adapt to varying workloads
A capability and commitment to delivering high levels of client care
Ability to use a computer and make bookings
A smart and professional appearance
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
The enthusiasm to be part of a growing team.
