About the Role:

Applications are invited to manage one of our prestigious Health Clubs. Extensive management experience, natural leadership qualities, strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused ethos are essential, as are, a high level of enthusiasm and an ability to motivate and develop a team to be the best they can be. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and effective running of the site at all times, and will be expected to develop a strong Head of Department team therefore the ability to motivate, develop and influence all those who work around them will be essential in order to maximise profitability and provide excellent levels of customer service consistently. As part of a larger Regional Team there may be some requirement to assist adjacent sites when the need arises.

About the Candidate:

Proven Leadership skills Strong commercial awareness Experience in Budget/P&L targets and reporting A good understanding of leisure industry software Dynamic Interpersonal skills Effective time management skills Strong Health and Safety knowledge.
