The Bannatyne Group (TBG) are looking for a Junior Data Visualisation Analyst to join the team on a full time basis. The selected candidate plays a pivotal role in gathering and analysing business data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments across the estate to identify reporting requirements, create compelling visualisations and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple systems to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and data to provide meaningful insights.

  • Report Development and Visualization:

  • Design, update and create new and existing reports, dashboards  and visualisations to present data-driven insights.

  • Utilise business intelligence tools (such as Power BI and Google Big Query) to develop interactive and visually appealing reports.

  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data visualisations to support effective decision-making.

  • Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their reporting needs and requirements.

  • Participate in regular meetings and presentations to share insights and gather feedback.

  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in the field of business intelligence.

  • Share knowledge and insights with team members and contribute to a data-driven culture within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be an organised and methodical individual.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong team player, with the initiative to work independently if required, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience is not a prerequisite

  • All Training will be provided.
