About the Role
The Bannatyne Customer Service Centre is looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent (Memberships) at Head Office. The successful candidate will join a team supporting the central administration and customer service function.
Requirements and Duties
● Handling member correspondence via email, telephone, letter and live chat and any other medium as required by the business.
● Understanding of membership options, policies and terms and conditions. ● Daily reconciliation of department payments.
● Maintaining membership and debt databases.
● Liaising with a third party debt collection agency.
● Answering queries from members, clubs, head office staff and third parties. ● Complaint handling from customers.
● Adherence to all relevant Health & Safety policies and legislation and follow the company Health & Safety policy.
● Lead the member experience through interaction and communication Person Specification
● Excellent communication skills. A strong customer focus and an excellent telephone manner.
● Good written communication skills.
● The ability to work well within a team.
● The ability to investigate queries/complaints, assess in accordance with guidelines
