The Bannatyne Spa is part of Bannatyne Fitness Limited and is one of the largest health club operators in the UK. Working as an Elemis Retail Manager within Bannatyne Health Clubs is more than just a job; we are dedicated to our customers/members and strive to find people who are passionate about exemplary customer service.
Bannatyne Spa Kingsford Park has a retail area with Skin Reveal and Biotec Technology. We are currently recruiting for an Elemis Retail manager to take up this exciting position to boost further retail sales within this area. The Position Commencing March 2024
Requirements and Duties :
The successful applicant must be NVQ level 2 & 3 qualified or equivalent and have a proven track record with strong retail sales.
We are looking for a strong candidate who is dedicated to achieving targets on sales and ensuring that the customers are serviced on an exemplary level.
You must be Elemis Qualified
The role will involve :
Driving retail sales in the Spa / Retail area
Working a varied shift pattern including evenings and weekends which fits with the demands of the business
System Management (bookings and paying off correctly)
Customer Service and dealing with Meet and Greet process
Ensuring that customers book onto skin lab and speed spa treatments (eg Biotec)
Upholding Standards in the Spa – Cleanliness/ Staff presentation
Health and Safety Management of the Retail Areas
Hitting Financial Daily Targets for 2024
Doing Seminars and workshops with the Spa Guests/Members
Online training must be completed, where appropriate
