Hours :    37.5 (Would consider part time hours)

You will provide proactive support to the people function in all HR, Payroll and Recruitment related administration and work closely with the People Manager to ensure a high quality service is delivered to the business.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:-

  • Complete transactional HR, Payroll and Recruitment activities accurately and efficiently

  • Act as first point of contact for incoming HR/Payroll/Recruitment queries including monitoring emails and answering phone enquiries

  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of HR processes

  • Timely creation, collection and storing of accurate documentation

  • Maintain and update the HR system & recruitment databases

  • General administration support as and when required

Previous administration experience essential.

Proficient computer skills is essential with knowledge of G-Suite (Google) preferable

HR experience is desirable but not essential. (We offer the opportunity to work towards a HR qualification)

Payroll experience is desirable but not essential.

We require someone with a flexible approach to work.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and line managers would be an advantage, along with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
