Job Title : Senior Sous Chef
Hours : 40 per week Rate of Pay : £16.82 per hour

About the Role
Applications are currently invited for a Senior Sous Chef. This role requires you to be able to lead the brigade unsupervised, setting an excellent standard in both food and kitchen hygiene practices. Compliance should come as second nature alongside good planning and kitchen management skills.
