Hours : Various hours and positions are available for this role ranging from 8 per week to 40 per week

Our Spa/Beauty Therapists are responsible for the delivery of a wide array of holistic, hands-on and maintenance spa treatments utilising premier brands such as Elemis, Nouveau lashes, HD ,OPI, Lycon and Lava Shells.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Spa Therapist
Performing all spa treatments as per product and spa guidelines to include, head and body massages, facials, manicure, pedicure, lava shells.
Full and proper use of all Spa equipment as per treatment guidelines and training
Delivery of exceptional client care at all times
Outstanding cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the spa
Up-selling spa products on the back of treatment and through thorough consultation t.
Following all company Health and Safety guidelines
Motivating clients to rebook after they have had an exceptional treatment with YOU !
Skills & Experience required by the Spa/Beauty Therapist
Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential
Qualified in Level 2 ( Or Equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential
A capability and commitment to delivering high levels of client care
A smart and professional appearance
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
The enthusiasm to be part of a growing team.
Previous knowledge of Elemis products and treatments would be an advantage but not essential
