Employment Type: Permanent. The contract will initially be a 0 hour agreement, which will increase as the school builds its client base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct swimming lessons for diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Develop tailored lesson plans in collaboration with Swim Coordinator/Head of Swimming.
- Offer constructive feedback and support for skill enhancement.
- Ensure participant safety adhering to established guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised teaching environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents & Head of Swimming.
Requirements:
- Certified lifeguard and swimming instructor with recognised accreditation (e.g., RLSS UK, Swim England).
- Demonstrated teaching experience across various demographics.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety practices.
- Effective communication and motivational skills.
- Passion for creating a positive learning atmosphere.
- CPR & First Aid certification preferred.
- Flexibility for evening and weekend availability.
- Subject to DBS check/proof of DBS
